THE PHOTOGRAPHY
STORY BOOK IMAGES will provide an exclusive photographer for the day that is agreed by the client and the photographer and will fulfill the items agreed by both parties at the time of signature.
SECURING YOUR DATE
The client shall pay a retainer fee to STORY BOOK IMAGES to perform the services specified. The retainer fee will be at least 25% of the package price to secure the Wedding date and book the photographer. The remaining balance must be paid in full 60 days in advance of the final Wedding date.
CANCELLATIONS
If the Client cancels the agreement with at least 30 days before the actual wedding date, STORY BOOK IMAGES will assess the viability of returning the retaining fee. (If items have been purchased for your wedding package then this will be deducted).
PHOTOGRAPHIC MATERIALS
All photographic materials including negatives, digital files, prints
and copyrights are the exclusive property of STORY BOOK IMAGES.
Any Prints developed for the clients or CD files may not be scanned
or reproduced in accordance with copyright law, unless the
written consent of STORY BOOK IMAGES is given.
FAILURE TO PERFORM
If the photographer from STORY BOOK IMAGES cannot fulfill this agreement due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control, STORY BOOK IMAGES will return the retainer fee to the client but shall have no further liability with respect to the agreement.
MODIFICATIONS
Any further modifications to the package or requests from the client must be made in writing and signed by both STORY BOOK IMAGES and the client. This will ensure that both parties are protected and are both fully aware of any new requests for your Wedding day.
